Less . is . More
More seating. More comfort. More style.
Sit close to the floor while board gaming or playing cards and stack two and have a seating height or a pouf to put up your feet when having a relaxed moment on your sofa.
The More Pouf provides you with more in one… Not only do you get additional seating. Besides the practical durability, More Pouf will add style to your home and be your companion for seating guests - or even function as a 210 cm guest bed when you combine three.
Last but not least, the More Pouf makes up a perfect island for little ones to crawl, jump and tumble. Loved by little ones and grown-ups alike.

This fabric is made from 100 % cotton and is available on all futon bed mattresses, which are made to fit all bed frames from Karup Design. We recommend using a sheet to cover your futon bed mattress to make it last and stay neat. This fabric does not tolerate water. If needed please use a dry cloth to wipe it clean.
Our linen fabric is available on all sofa beds in the Karup Design collection. Linen is a natural raw material with a need of special care. Linen does not tolerate water. If your linen covered futon becomes wet, stains can occur. Therefore, make sure to not clean with water. Use a non-dyed cloth to dry out the area by dapping the wet stain.
Our newest addition to our fabric collection is our corduroy fabric. This is made from 100 % polyester and is available on our Folk and Grab sofa bed. Our corduroy fabric can be vacuumed and you can use a small amount of dish-washing soap on a damp cloth to clean it. Remember to use a clean and non-dyed cloth for drying up the wet spot.
Our wowen fabric is available on our Uma sofa bed. Like our corduroy fabric the wowen fabric is made from 100 % polyester. To remove dirt you can vacuum it clean and a damp cloth with a small amount of dish-washing soap will remove stains. Make sure not to rub onto the fabric but in stead dab it clean and dry for a longer life time.
Our mixed fabric is made from 80 % cotton and 20 % polyester. This fabric is available for all products in the Karup Design collection in several colors. Since the bigger part of this fabric is made from natural raw material please make sure to use a sheet when sleeping on your product with a mixed fabric. Do only clean with a dry cloth to prevent stains.
Our outdoor products are made from a first-rate 100 % acrylic dralon fabric which is stain resistant and water-repellent. In rain the material makes water slide off the surface. Please do always bring your OUT products inside in heavy rain to care for it the best way possible. Use a damp cloth and wipe the OUT futon clean if needed.
The knots in our natural pinewood furniture are individual characteristics and charisma of each piece of furniture. Not two will look the same. You can expect the natural pinewood surfaces to change over time when permanently exposed to the climate, sunlight, and humidity fluctuations.
General wood care: do not place hot objects on the furniture, do not place candles directly on the furniture, immediately wipe off any spilled liquids with a damp cloth, regularly check if the screws and fittings are tight.
All tatami mats must be kept dry in order to avoid any mold/mildew. We recommend that your tatami is only wiped with a slightly damp cloth and no harsh cleaning solutions or vacuum along the weave of the tatami. Going against the weave direction may damage the tatami or cause the dirt to get pushed into it. While using vacuum cleaning, make sure to select the weakest setting.
Tatami mats are sensitive to moisture, avoid leaving carpet or other covering material on top of a tatami mat as it creates a moist environment for mold. We recommend to clean and air out the tatami once in a while. Dry and sunny days are best for airing the tatami mats.
